Phil SIKE Shafer’s art career began as he dabbled in the art of graffiti as a young Kansas City teen. His talent and desire to stay in the arts landed him a spot at the Kansas City Art Institute  where he earned his BFA in 2000 for Photography and New Media. Since then, his flat vector style landed him jobs, collaborations on promotions, music packaging, and logo design. He moved forward creating his own design company, Sike Style Designs, and recently added Sikenomics Clothing to the popular brand as an apparel and accessory department to the studio. Sikenomics has become the number one independent brand in Kansas City.
