Anthony Freda is an illustrator, painter and social commentator inspired by imagery from American ephemera. Freda presents to us relevant and provocative works for his first solo gallery exhibition in the west. Anthony studied at Pratt Institute in New York and Tyler School of Art in Rome, Italy. He co-owns Acme Illustrations with his work appearing in: Rolling Stone, the New Yorker, Esquire, The New York Times, The Village Voice, Entertainment Weekly, National Geographic, Rayggun, Texas Monthly and Playboy.
